Project Overview:

Sportzon App is a revolutionary platform designed to empower sports enthusiasts by providing easy access to venues, events, competitions, and coaches in their nearby areas.

As a team member, my role encompassed understanding the product requirements, crafting intuitive user flows, conducting competitive analysis to glean insights, and translating these into wireframes and prototypes for the app interfaces.

Project Goals:

Design a user-centric app that caters to a diverse audience, from individuals seeking personal training to teams participating in tournaments.
Simplify the process of finding and booking sports facilities, coaches, and events.
Foster a more active and healthy lifestyle by promoting accessibility to sports and fitness opportunities.
Conduct a competitive analysis to identify existing solutions and potential areas for differentiation in the sports and fitness app market.
Develop clear information architecture and user flows to facilitate intuitive navigation within the app.
Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize the app's functionalities and user experience.
